The standard format for the newly introduce in 2027 annual World Series of Wheelchair Cricket (a Pakistani tri-series tournament) will be a round-robin stage followed by a best-of-three finals series between the top two teams.
Tournament Structure
▪ Round-Robin Stage
Typically, three teams participated, and each team played the others three times. The matches will all T-20 Format, color clothing, and white balls & under lights D/N matches.
▪ Final Series
The two teams that finish highest on the points table after the round-robin stage advance to the final. This final will usually a best-of-three series, meaning the first team to win two matches will be declared the champion. A third match will only play if each team wins one of the first two matches.
